One of the best ultrasounds on the market for equine sports medicine. It has higher definition and more up to date scanning technology. It elevates our diagnostic capabilities when soft tissue lesions are small/less obvious. These high-quality images can also be easily shared with specialists and/or referral centers. This allows for collaboration without having to send the horse to them for an initial workup. In surgical cases, it can save owners a trip, not having to go for a pre-surgical appointment and then having to go back when the surgery schedule allows.

Since we have upgraded our ultrasound capacity, this ultrasound is now primarly used for equine repro. It still takes great images and when not being used in the horse facility, spends its time in the companion animal clinic.
Easi-Scan Ultrasound
These are our “cow” ultrasounds. We use them all fall for preg-testing, they allow for fast and accurate diagnosis of pregnancy, while being gentle on heifers, cows, and our vet’s arms/shoulders. We also use these in the clinic for a variety of other imaging tasks when high definition is not needed - they are quite the workhorse.
